MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Please be respectful of our cleaning service and do not arrive early or depart late. We do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible, please notify us in advance so we can adjust properly.

• CHECK-IN – 4:00 pm MST
• CHECK-OUT – 10:00 am MST

TRASH
Guests are expected to properly dispose of garbage and wash dirty dishes prior to checking out. There are two green dumpsters located on the other side of the lodge that are bear proof. Please be BEAR AWARE during your stay: Do not leave food in your vehicles and lock your vehicle doors at night, bears are capable of opening vehicle doors.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

• NO PARTIES
• NO SMOKING
• NO LOUD MUSIC

ALL UNITS/HOMES ARE NON-SMOKING
We ask that you do NOT smoke or vape in the units or on the porches. If we detect any activity from cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, or marijuana you will be fined $500.

PETS
We do not allow pets or emotional support animals. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation. If an unapproved pet is present you will be charged double the cleaning fee for your rental.

CHILDREN
NO CHILDREN may be left on the premises unsupervised. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate UTV/OHVs

SPEED LIMITS
UTV/OHV – 15 mph
Automobiles – 25 mph

BE RESPECTFUL OF TRAILS
Please stay on designated trail systems while enjoying the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Do not drive off of the trails. There are thousands of miles of prepared trails to enjoy. Driving thru natural habitats can cause damage to natures irrigation system.

CANCELLATION POLICY
50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Balance is due upon check-in.
The deposit for a canceled visit may be applied to a future stay. Early check-outs are responsible for the full booking.
