Alpine Loft

Perched atop the Lodge, this magnificent room offers an elevated perspective like no other. Stepping onto the balcony of this loft, one can’t help but feel as if they’re soaring above the landscape. Aptly named after the historic Alpine Tunnel, the first passage carved through the Continental Divide in Colorado, completed in 1882. Though abandoned in 1910, its heyday during the mining boom brought countless travelers through Pitkin, leaving an indelible mark on the town’s history.
